Lifeblood

The aim of Lifeblood Guitar Picks is to produce picks that give you greater control and less pressure to grip than that of a more traditional pick.

All picks are HANDMADE to suit the individual.  Frank who makes them is, absolutely committed to the cause and listens to artist's feedback to give them something to fit them.  Frank's a guitarist himself who spends several hours a day either playing or teaching, so his design has come from years of experimenting with different shapes and materials.

The unique shape may help to reduce hand stress and may produce new sonorities.  They can be produced in many different materials such as stainless steel, epoxy, nylon, wood, deer antler, stone, and various precious metals, while Lexan is the most common.

In addition any pick can be constructed with a thumb hole in the middle of the pick.

The pick I received wasn't made for me so is a bit big, but I can totally appreciate what Lifeblood are about.  I found it hard to play rhythm (my normal style) as I kept holding it back too much and catching my finger, but I think that's more to do with it just being one from his stock rather than a personalised one.  However, when playing lead, I found it incredibly easy to use and found the curve good. The Lexan produces a nice tone and I didn't get any pick noise on the string.  Hats off to Frank for his passion on these picks!
