GMWPick.com

If you need some custom picks, this should be the first place you try.  GMWPick.com are a Norwegian company who produce picks to a very high standard. They offer a range of shapes, sizes, colours and finishes so that you can customise them exactly to your needs.

Below are all the different blanks you can start with. I particularly like the engraved series.

At the bottom are a few sets of 'Tina's Picks' picks that they surprised me with!  I really love the 'Tumbled' picks.  These are basically with a nice matt coating that gives extra grip.

How to order:

If you'd like to have your own picks made, this is what you need to do:

1.  You create a logo.  It can consist of just text in a font you like, different colors, or you can create / download images or illustrations (vector art - Clipart ).  If you use someone else's image (e.g. from the internet, then please make sure it is copyright free.

GMWPicks.com will then customize the logo to fit the pick, so don't make the logo small, let it fill an A4 sheet if possible and save the image with the highest possible resolution in something like a JPG / JPEG, bmp, tiff, gif, png, pdf, ai, eps or other vector file ).  You can also send photos taken with the camera, and let GMWPick.com adjust the image for the pick and add the text on the image if you wish.

2.   Send the image to gmw@gmwpick.com with information about the type of pick you want, thickness, printing on one side or both sides, and an address to send them to, I can email a suggestion on placement back before printing if you wish.

3.  Picks will be printed and sent to you by mail with an invoice enclosed in the package.

TIP : Good photos / illustrations work best. Very small file sizes (kb ) may provide poor results but they will let you know if they don't think that it will work.
Photos should be at least 0.5 mb in size.
Remember that guitar picks are not particularly large, so a picture of the football team, is not a good idea on a pick!

If you zoom out of the picture on your computer, you will get an idea of how it will look when it's shrunk.
If you find a font / typeface you like, I mighty not have it on my pc, so please specify what font name it is or send the font as an attachment. ( If you save the file as JPG / JPEG they don't require the font).

Clcik here to go to their website & tell them Tina sent ya!
