So, I hope you have enjoyed all my nerdy pick info!

On a personal note, this is my main band, BIG MAMBO.
An all-female funk/rock/pop band, playing originals.

We reformed last year after a break of over 30 years!!!!

Please take a moment to scroll down, watch some videos, listen to some rehearsal snippets or full songs on Spotify (Also available on all streaming platforms under 'Big Mambo or Big Mambo Bristol'. Look at some old photos of us from the early 90s! (We were SO young & never imagined we'd be doing this a lifetime later!!!!)

& more importantly to us...please show us some love with some likes/follows on social media!!!
& make sure to say hi to me!!!

Some phone footage of our new song, 'Wolfen', with a couple of slight time glitches in the middle!

The finale of the evening - 'Max Factor'
The SWEATBOX at The King Arthur in Glastonbury.
The HOTTEST gig we've ever done - like seriously, it was too hot to even wear a lei around our necks!

'Sneak Peak'

Our first Facebook Live (unplanned)!

Audience videos - our 1st gig together in 32 years! - Don't judge us!
This was the FIRST TIME we'd gigged together in OVER 30 years! The first song on the recording was the first song of our set - so we were nervous and excited that we were actually doing this again!

Unfortunately, the lovely venue that we'd had booked for months, suddenly lost its license 5 days before the gig, so we were forced to find an alternative at short notice - no mean feat for a Saturday night gig! We found a community centre - right across the other side of the city. Not quite the vibe we were going for (no stage/no lighting rig), but we managed to save the show and received fantastic feedback from the audience!

Now for some
OLD PHOTOS from the 90s!
Berlin & Bristol, with our two lovely dancers!
